Geddis Brown- Operations Manager

 

With over 16 years of experience in the security industry, Geddis Brown leads our operations management function with a focus on delivering seamless, high-quality services to clients while upholding the company’s strong industry reputation. As Operations Manager, he is responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization, ensuring that all security operations are executed with precision, accountability, and efficiency.

Mr. Brown oversees the strategic scheduling and deployment of security personnel, ensuring optimal resource utilization to meet client needs. He plays a key role in client relationship management—maintaining open communication, tailoring services to specific requirements, and implementing client feedback to continuously enhance service delivery.

With a commitment to operational excellence, he continuously evaluates and refines processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, while integrating new technologies and industry innovations into AMFORCE’s operations. Mr. Brown is also actively involved in incident management and post-incident reviews, using data-driven insights to strengthen future responses. By establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), he drives continuous improvement and contributes to shaping a proactive, performance-driven culture within the organization.

Elvis Mehelal - Field Operations

 

Elvis Mehelal brings over 30 years of experience in the security industry, including 12 years of dedicated service to AMFORCE Security Limited. As Estate Assistant Superintendent, he plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous mobility and operational readiness of our field operations teams.

Mr. Mehelal’s responsibilities span a wide range of operational and logistical areas, including organizing duty schedules, monitoring performance through progress reports, and conducting risk assessments to ensure client safety and service excellence. He is also accountable for incident management and reporting—developing and enforcing rapid response protocols, ensuring the timely and accurate documentation of incidents, and keeping clients informed with regular updates.

A key part of his role includes managing security resources across the field. This encompasses the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of essential equipment such as surveillance systems, communication tools, and access control technologies. He also oversees critical logistics, including transportation arrangements, uniform supply, and operational support to ensure seamless execution of security services. Known for his reliability and hands-on leadership style, Mr. Mehelal is a cornerstone of AMFORCE’s field operations, ensuring that our teams are always equipped, responsive, and ready to meet the evolving demands of our clients.

Ronald Chinapoo -District Supervisor & Executive Bodyguard

 

With over 20 years of experience in the security industry and 14 years of dedicated service at AMFORCE Security Limited, Estate Inspector Chinapoo plays a dual role as a District Supervisor and a key member of our Executive Bodyguard team. His extensive field experience and tactical acumen make him a trusted leader within the organization.

As District Supervisor, Inspector Chinapoo is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance and operations of security personnel within his assigned region. He manages staffing schedules to ensure consistent and reliable coverage, conducts routine site visits to monitor compliance with company standards, and serves as the primary liaison between clients and AMFORCE. His proactive approach to client engagement enables him to tailor and adapt security solutions to meet evolving needs.

He is also responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating security staff, ensuring high performance through continuous development and corrective action where necessary. Additionally, he ensures full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, reinforcing a culture of accountability, professionalism, and safety.

In his executive protection role, Inspector Chinapoo specializes in threat assessment and prevention strategies, implementing measures to neutralize risks before they materialize. His presence on the Executive Bodyguard team reflects his exceptional judgment, discretion, and dedication to client security at the highest level.

Urban Norville - Executive Bodyguard

Estate Inspector Norville has over 35 years security experience. He is an accomplished problem solver and extremely resourceful. Inspector Norville always thinks ahead and plans out worst -case scenarios.

24/7 Sentry team

Our Sentry staff are the key to our smooth and efficient operations and the schedule deployment.  They are accountable for maintaining a vigilant presence in the heart of our operations center. The manage the daily shift attendance at all client destinations and set us up for success to ensure the guards are where they need to be and when they need to be. Constantly monitoring surveillance systems and ensuring reporting and challenges are dealt with rapidly and effectively. Our sentry is often the first point of contact in an emergency and manages our contact with locations and officers in emergency situations. Additionally, they are responsible for upholding company protocols, maintaining professional conduct, and providing assistance to visitors and employees as needed. Their role is critical in deterring potential threats and ensuring a secure environment. 

David King - Site Overseer

Estate Inspector King has in excess of 25 years security experience. As Site Overseer he has many responsibilities, including ensuring the safety of employees and customers, managing the security staff, and overseeing  physical structures.

Sharmilla Awai- Accountant

 

Ms. Awai plays a pivotal role at AMFORCE Security Limited, overseeing the administration and finance functions that support the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. With a strong command of financial management and corporate services, she ensures that the company remains fiscally responsible while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

An expert in all things numerical, Ms. Awai manages all accounting transactions, ensures timely bank payments, and maintains accurate reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable. She is responsible for managing operational budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with the company’s cost-saving initiatives and financial targets.

Joy also collaborates with the training and resourcing team to ensure that recruitment and deployment activities are properly supported from a financial and administrative perspective. Her disciplined approach to operations and finance makes her an indispensable member of the AMFORCE leadership team, committed to delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
